Soundbath Meditation
Tips for practice:
Find a quiet place, or grab headphones
Start in a comfortable seated or reclined posture. It is ok to adjust for comfort during practice.
Pause to set an intention for your practice, or simply take 3 deep cleansing breaths.
Allow yourself to deeply focus on the sound, vibrations, and sensations you are aware of. Relax and quiet your mind with soft breaths as necessary.
No need to try too hard, just enjoy your time.
