Soundbath Meditation

Tips for practice:

  • Find a quiet place, or grab headphones

  • Start in a comfortable seated or reclined posture. It is ok to adjust for comfort during practice.

  • Pause to set an intention for your practice, or simply take 3 deep cleansing breaths.

  • Allow yourself to deeply focus on the sound, vibrations, and sensations you are aware of. Relax and quiet your mind with soft breaths as necessary.

  • No need to try too hard, just enjoy your time.
